How Long Does it Take From When I Order, To Receiving My Photography Wall Art Print?

All orders are drop shipped from a U.S. professional photo lab. All orders are shipped UPS ground within the continental U.S.; 2-5 days transit depending upon your location. Photography Prints are packaged and shipped flat in a box.

Expedited shipping is available for an additional fee. No international shipping currently available.

Shipments to Hawaii or Alaska will require the upgraded overnight shipping and do require additional transit ship times.

Should your order arrive damaged, please contact me directly so a claim can be filed. You will need to provide photos of damaged product as well as the damaged shipment.

How Do I Hang My Framed Photography Wall Art Print?

All unframed paper art prints will require framing once you receive the mailer tube with rolled art print/s.We recommend purchasing a frame where the print sits up next to the glass or take to a professional framer who can mount the print for you before framing.

Care instructions for Photography Wall Art Prints: Wipe down front of the framed art print and the acrylic or purspex glass with a clean microfiber cloth (no harsh chemicals). Do not hang artwork in direct sunlight so as to avoid fading.

Do you do Custom Size Photography Wall Art Prints?

CUSTOM ORDERS are welcome if you need a print in a size that is not listed or if you have any other special requests. Please feel free to contact me.

What is your return policy?

All our products are custom ordered and custom made so there are no returns or refunds once your order is placed. In the event your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 2 business days so we can help you. We will need photos emailed to us, which must include photos of the shipping box and damaged item. We will replace items damaged during the shipping process. No refunds will be allowed.
