Faulty or Damaged Goods – Return Policy
Our products are crafted with care, but if your print arrives damaged or faulty, please let us know so we can assist you.
- If your order arrives with significant damage to the packaging or the print, please take a photo of the damage, refuse the delivery, and contact us immediately.
- If you notice any damage after delivery, please reach out within 3 days of receiving your print at [email protected]. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue.
Our prints are designed to match the images on our website. If your print differs significantly from what was advertised, please contact us at [email protected], and we will investigate the matter further.
Cancellations and Changes – Return Policy
As our prints are made to order, we cannot accommodate cancellations or changes (including print selection and size) once an order has been placed. Before dispatch, we can update your email and shipping address if necessary. Since we strive to ship orders quickly, please notify us of any address changes as soon as possible.
Change of Mind
All prints are custom-made to order, so we do not offer refunds or exchanges for changes of mind or incorrect size selection. We encourage you to take your time in selecting the right print for your space or reach out for a second opinion if needed. For sizing, consider cutting a sheet of paper to the print’s dimensions and placing it on your wall using tape to visualize how it will look in your space.
